How To Take Great Pictures With Your iPhone 3GS
How to take great pictures with your iPhone 3Gs?
Is it even possible?
I cringe at the thought of trading my 5 mega pix Samsung Omnia for a 3 mega pix of iPhone. Amazingly, I do not own a P&S (point and shoot) digital card-sized camera because I hate the thought of lounging it everywhere I go and the woes of charging them regularly. Plus, I can't be discrete with my shoots and somehow you might find me a cheapo who refuses to own a real camera but instead chooses to live by the years of photography with the Samsung Omnia.
Many have yet to realize this, but the pictures from the above mentioned phone is beyond fabulousness! Crystal clear and shoots perfectly like a $500 rip off Digital camera , especially with good lighting!
I cringed again and feel sorry for my 3 mega pix iPhone camera. That's when I discovered few FREE applications that really works like magic on iPhone to produce excellent picture quality!
There are applications to (you have to find them yourself ;) Hint: they are REALLY FREE) :
1. Double the mega pixels - 3 MP to 6 MP!
2. Zoom to the smallest detail. Works like Macro shots too, which original iPhone camera function is totally incapable of. What a shame.
3. Lomo effect. This I love so much.

4. Create Polaroids shots. I rate it 5 stars!

5. And 10~20 different picture effect. Definitely beats those digital camera hands down!
...and I was breathless with the picture. It looks almost perfect.
The only thumbs down for this is the battery span of the phone itself. A few runs of shots will bring your battery level down by 20~30% in less than half an hour! Pretty horrible if you are planning to take your darling iPhone out for a photo snapshooting.
I will share more pictures from my phone soon :)
So instead, I'm going to skip the thought of getting a digital camera and jump straight to a semi-pro slr. SUPAAA!
Can't wait to get my hands on one :
