5 ways to...

i found 5 things you can do when you are depressed (after someone actually scolded you on the phone) & lonely on your way back home during the peak hours...

1) gossip to yourself how ugly that lady in the mrt/bus is. It'll make you feeel better.
2) look at your reflection in the glass or sth, and admire yourself.
3) let your heart & brain do the talking and thinking about what you should do next.
4) dont ever blame yourself,or else you'll feel soo bad & guilty that the ENTIRE journey would be a gloomy one.
5) chew gum -it'll distract you from tearing the meat off your hands.



Thanks to the gum in my mouth,I accidently bite my inner side of the lips like 3 times, and it bled. No, i didnt bled to death,but i mean THAT would be BETTER, so that that someone would miss me. Haiz.
My efforts should have been atleast aprreciated. I wished i didn't make that call. Or maybe i should have just called to say GoodBye. Doing that atleast would not lead the call to end like That. Hais. Was it my fault? Like Duh, of course it's my fault.

but I HAD A GREAT GREAT DINNER WITH MY FAMILY.
and i missed that. enjoyed the dinner very much (:

i'm happy now. Tmrw goin science centre for Service Learing. Yay.
Can expand my so-called scientific knowledge.. Ahakz
Yayness. But dunno what i'm expecting! Haa..
