Woebegone mixed with a cuppa of anxiety and happiness. No, not THAT happy. Just, happy. A little bit.
Current Read:
Sheila O'Flanagan - 'Connections'
Half way through it. The title says is all. It's about random people, spending their holiday/wedding at an exotic island-cum-resort. Every chapter is a story about different people. The author somehow 'connected' all the random people through a discrete plot. Supposed to be a romance book. I have yet to come across any love-making scene though. So, can't really rate it yet.
What am i thinking right now:
Meeting zulky tomorrow-Settled. Tuition make-up also settled. Going to BAND - not settled.
The band is going Choa Chu Kang stadium (!!) tomorrow. It's like at the other end of Singapore. How am i suppose to see them there? And not to mention, there are no buses to the CCK stadium. Only 3N. Waa-haat? There's no way i am gonna pit a ride on the Taxi. I'll end at 3pm. I won't be able to reach on time! I guess i have to give it a thought. Hmph... (or maybe its Yio Chu Kang stadium? Ying Ying misread it or etc..?)
What I feel like doing right now:
Watching television. My brothers are watching some malay show. I'm so not into it, so that's why i'm on my computer, blogging out loud. I'm just left to give my bag a little pack-up for tomorrow, and I can laze with my book till i snuggle up at 1am(??) I sleep kinda early these days. I will get droopy eyes at 12+ am, and by the time it hits 1 or 2am, i'm a walking zombie. Kinda weird.
Where am I now:
I'm my bedroom. I seriously think that my bedroom lights are pretty dim. Did you know that when we(or my parents) bought this house, there was a CHANDELIER in one of the bedrooms(which is currently my elder brother's chamber). A Chandelier? Ok, a MINI Chandelier?? Gowd. It's so o-biang and ridiculous. WE made the contractors remove it ASAP.The previous owner had the house to his family for over 10 years. He was a ex-singpore football player. Not that you guys are interested!
Why am i even telling you this?
Sidetrack:
I bought a new pair of pumps. And the problem is that i get blisters(at the back, the area above my heels) whenever i wear those type of covered shoes. You guys have any idea how to prevent blisters?
ps: i tried biting the shoes. Didn't work for me. Damn.
