i'm a survivor - no,not really

I revived! Or more like I survived.

Been sick for 3 days and now whilst i am typing this post, i am still feeling light headed.

It's weird, because for one moment i was thinking i was having bird flu or maybe hand,foot and mouth disease. Touch(ing) wood! Yea, that's how pessimistic i've become, shame on me.

So, the rest at home has been going well, thanks to a very understanding boss for giving me another day of rest upon request. These giddy spells are definitely not cool. NOT COOL. They make your world spin, literally, and wow, even sitting down still is tough because now it feels as if the chair is spinning. But I can swear to you, it's not!

Falling sick is definitely not my kind of thing as i know back in my secondary school days, i rarely fall sick. And even if i do, i always drag myself to school. Not because i want to spread germs to my friends but just because i don't want to miss band practice, ironically.

Hmmph. Now is definitely a different case. When you are getting older, you immune system just deteriorates ( an itsy bitsy bit) and of course when a cough and flu and fever hits you, it calls for some resting, and more rest.

Falling sick also means that everything that you swallow tastes bitter, like wood chunks. Not that i've tried eating wood, but i used to have hamsters and i can imagine how is it like to eat,sleep and breathe wood shavings all the time. Biscuits taste like wood crackers, soup taste like wood stew et cetera.

Falling sick also makes you have (extremely weird) dreams. When you clock too much sleeping time, you end up compiling many weird dreams. Not weird-scary, it is just the kind of weird-weird that makes you go "huh?" the next thing you wake up.

I dreamt that i was in the office, well this ofcourse can't be blamed because i was supposed to be in the office!

I dreamt that i was with Zulky and we were at the beach. This is ok, except that my MUM was there. Weird to the exponential of 10.

I dreamt that i heard my mum and dad talking. Hmm, maybe IT IS my mum and dad talking. You know, when you are asleep, your subconscious mind still works and hence listens for you whatever happens in the surrounding..

And this is the weirdest or the weird dreams compiled. I dreamed about some bollywood movie that i've never ever seen or watched before.

It's something like there this girl (young and pretty, like me (; ) who is getting married and according to the DREAM or movie (?!?) she had to do some offerings. So, the offerings are food and she had to put it in a carriage (which comes with a horse!) and send the carriage to the mountains. And if the food gets eaten up or if the carriage disappears after a few days, it means that the Heavens approve of her marriage with the guy. Conclusion, the carriage did disappear, thanks to this mutusami-elf-look-alike that covers the entire carriage with a Harry Potter-invisible-cloth-look-alike.

Sorry Nits, this food-offerings-in-a-carriage-tradition might not be your usual tradition. It just so happen that it came into my dream and seriously, i don't know why. So don't get offended.

Seriously, how do dreams like THAT happen??
