The Pretty List
Somehow, my Saturday turned out to be filled with pretty surprises, literally.
Pretty stars, hearts and candles :)
My 'Pretty' List For Saturday:
#5

The story: Went off to JB for dinner with the Family. Took 1 hour for them to serve the food. The 'usual' waiting period. While we are into the first half hour of waiting, the lights went out. We sat in darkness, but were supplied candles in a jiffy. What a way to have 'candle light' dinner. It's pretty pretty to have the entire restaurant filled with candles. And oh, i guess having candle light dinner with your family is as good as having dinner by the Osram bulbs. So don't try this at home - the 'candle-light dinner with family' thingy i mean.

It was 6.30pm in the afternoon, but yet there's not a slightest hint that the sun is setting. In fact, the skies look bluer than usual and the clouds are extremely puffy. It looks better in real, seriously.

Stars from the Restaurant: These stars are shimmery and glittery and they always awe me every single time i dine there. This is taken like a few minutes before the lights went off. Sheesh. But still, i think they are very pretty!

Ying Ying just gotten a niece! I'm extremely, overly ecstatic for her. I can tell that she can't stop thinking about her new baby niece. Haha, she got the whole of A9 talking about it. It's Isabelle up there on spot #2. I've always wanted to name my baby Isabelle too, seriously, what a coincidence. Or more like Isabella. Hey there baby!

Yups, try to squint your eyes and look into the background of this picture. Squint harder!
Heh, OK fine, I'll zoom it in for you blind people.

Yay, happy national day in advance to all Singaporeans at heart and at butt. The best part of the National Day Parade is always when the marching contigents make their appearance. And of course the ever-famous air-works by the Airforce. Definitely breathe taking. So whilst happily driving by Katong, i was lucky to witness the formation of the 'heart' by the planes. Prettay!
The only not so pretty thing about Saturday is that i'm down with flu and i feel no better as i am writing this post!
It's going to be Monday again!
