Carpe Diem
I know when i blog about band, you guys are going to skip this post and close this window.
But either way, i still enjoy blogging about it. I keep on telling myself to MOOOOVE ON, but somehow, i couldn't...
I came across past years posts from various bloggers on Bowen Band.
Some touched me...i never knew they loved OUR OLD STYLE so much that they were expecting us to do the famous booty shaking and pop-songs.
But some love us so much that they didn't care what we do. You know, if you throw peanuts you get monkeys...but if you throw golden coins it means you are king. Not that WE are kings, but you get the drift ya?
Along the way, i stole quite a loadful of pictures (haha)...i'm such a ripper.
I can' find the 2002 SYF pictures, although that was THE BEST SYF OF MY WHOLE ENTIRE LIFE. Like ...best of the best of the best....of the...YES!

So lame. You mean if YOU shake your butt 24/7 you get good bod like Angelina Jolie? Doesn't make sense, Friend. And, if i throw a mace at you, can you spin the mace and shake butt simultaneously? IT TAKES GREAT TALENT and some practice! This definitely cannot be compared to your easypeasy-throw-pom-poms-steps.
For some freaky reasons, Zulky appears a gazzilion number of times in pictures. He's like everywhere..in every picture...while I am like, nowhere? OHO.
I was cut off from this picture.
And i love the flirty skirts that we girls get to wear. It flies everytime we march around. Plus it helps to differentiate girls/guys! Incase your parents think it's a all boy marching band.
I have gazzilion of memories during NDP 2003.
I know Zulky remembers this NDP very well too ;) 010803
He was awfully distracting! He's so tall that he makes a fine Drumajor.
Stolen from Eling's blog. Her name goes well with her instrument. It goes "ling ling ling ling.. or sometimes "tingtingting..." :D
I miss playing. Please give me a Yamaha YCL-450N for my graduation or somthing.
Perhaps one day, we'll take the lead again.
