101 question marks
After dinner, my family and i went to the supermarket to shop for some Mandarin oranges (unfortunately the supermarket we went to did not sell them!)
So we bought mini oranges. Adorable ones.
Anyways, i saw this very weird poster/picture scotch-taped on one of the walls in the supermarket. I looked at it, and it gave me 101 question marks as to what the hell the poster/picture is about.

Below the poster, the word "WANTED!!!" was written big and clear with permanent marker.
The poster/picture shows a man, wearing something that looks like a security guard uniform and shooting the hose(w/o the water sprouting) into the air. In the background is a SCDF fire truck.
So tell me what is the picture and the caption "wanted" all about!?!?
