It's freakin` Friday. I feel like partying although my eyes are drooping and i'm hitting the bed soon (it's only 10.11pm for God's Sake!!)

1 week, and still counting!! I want to get a birthday outfit, but i guess i should SAVE the money instead hurhur. Save the bugs. I"ll need plenty of them soon.
I complaint to Zulky endlessly about the very irritating MRT announcements.
For those who are taking the North-East Line, you guys are probably suffering from the same virus as me. The Irritating-Announcements-Virus.
What happens is like, when stopping at every single bloody station, they will first announce the Station in English, and unexpectedly, NOW THEY ARE DOING IT IN CHINESE LANGUAGE TOO. I have no idea why they are doing this. I mean, they actually announce Clark Quay in Chinese! Dhoby Ghout too? I seriously cannot believe this. I mean if you live in Singapura, you got to KNOW how to SPEAK eng-lish. Why need the Chinese version. My deary Zulky said : Ah, that is for the China people. And I was like thinking, what? What about the Bangladeshis then? Or the Indons?
It's reee-deeee-kulus. They changed Koven to something that sounds like Ko-wen. You ask the lau ah pek where he wanna go, and i can bet you he will say KoVEN and and not KoWEN.
I'm writing to the SBS transit and i'm gonna clarify with them why is there a need for announcement in chinese language. If they say its for the china people, i'm so gonna tell them to include indon language and tamil language. Tsk tsk. Plus it's irritating. It's like if you take the train every bloody day, obviously you will know where to alight right???
I'll update you guys with my efforts on stopping those announcements ya. Wish me luck.
By the way, don't get me wrong, I'm not against the Chinese language thing. It's just that i believe it's unnecessary and SBS-NEL is giving far too much face to the China people.
