No Such Thing As Earth Hour!

Whoever said that last Saturday was Earth Hour Day must be a total Loon. To my extreme disappointment, I didn't get to experience any lights-out cum walking in the dark ambiance or anything close to that. What? We typical Singaporeans are so Kiasi (scared to die) that even an hour without light we are so calculative about it. Oh, what can i say, SHAME ON US?

Are you one of the humans who did not participate in the Earth Hour day? Beats me, but i think if you didn't then you are just one of those hard-hearted Earthlings (oh, in fact, don't YOU DARE call yourself EARTHlings!) who just don't give god-damn shyte to this.

Again, i think marketers are putting more effort than anyone else in this world. Marketing and promotions and many more freebies -all in the name of Earth Hour. Should marketers be rewarded for their enthusiasm in this? Or are they doing this for the sake of reaping the most profits out of this? Either way, i think no one actually really cared.

I spent my Earth Hour eating at Kallang Carpark (close to Kallang MacD & KFC) with the Familia. We thought that hey, maybe it'll be fun to pack some food and eat there while the lights are out. But like i said, ALMOST ALL THE LIGHTS were on. So no diff huhuhu.

KFC was the champion. They had the brightest lights (see that blob of white & blinding light?) among the entire Kallang area. How enlightening?

Anyhoos, on the same day (in fact a few hours before that) i got for myself a .... NEW NETBOOK! EVERYBODY SAY OH MY GOD!!!!!

It's so light i can fly to school!

Alright.

Z is mad at me i think. So I'm gonna sit one corner and cry about it while i find out the reason why.

My, you don't think i am THAT pathetic, right?

Mwah?
