Review: Thumbelina LOVES Despicable Me!

Oh yessa I finally get to escape from my work-school-home routine and hit the Cinema recently to catch au awesomey movie ...drum roll not required... Despicable Me!

It was crazy I tell you. The couple seats from Cathay were booked (there were only 6 of those seats!) so I had decided to go to Shaw (not my personal favourite, but cheaper than Cathay pui)

Despicable Me posters, banners and paper Minions decorated the ticketing booths

I wish I had a yellow dress to match the Minions! (Although usually I don't match my outfit to the movie that I am going to watch) But I usually try my best to dress for the occassion ;)

So instead, I was donned in...

Blue base floral with white lace dress

and...

Black stockings with the infamous green Mary Janes! *loves*

Here comes my review:

Despicable Me is a definitely well-crafted story, about Family. There's no better way to tickle the hearts of cartoon lovers by playing around with such strange characters like Mr Gru, Vector, Minions and 3 "babies" - Margo, Edith and Agnes.

3 girls - Margo, Edith and Agnes- adopted by Mr Gru as part of his evil plan

I very much adore the scene where Mr Gru was forced to read a bedtime story from the 3 little kittens book.

LOL

While many love Agnes for her bubbly cute baby-ish charm, I still prefer those yellow minions! Nevertheless, if Agnes were real, everyone will adopt her in a jiffy!

'Like' Agnes on Facebook now!

Agnes: It's so fluffy!!! I'm gonna DIE!

Yellow peanut looking Minions;speaks wakapouliong* language

I will rate this movie a 4 out of 5 stars. It is really a good (I really mean it!) movie to watch to wind down from the hectic working schedule and just laze back in those cushion chairs and laugh till your heads roll off!!!! *gore*
