My 2011's Halloween Costume
How was your Halloween?
Halloween is a bogus event if you are living in Singapore because people usually ended up 'underdressed' (as usual, what's new?) for Halloween parties. So much for wanting to be 'westernised' but doing it so half-heartedly!? Shame.
I've always wanted to attend a Halloween party because as interpreted by Singaporeans, it IS just another costume/cosplay party.Rule number 1 is, the skimpier the better. The lesser the surface area covered will allow you to have 20000 dozens of eyes starring at you weird looking sexy creature. Rule number 2, don't dress anything that has to do with being a ghost, a car wreck victim, a dead celebrity, dracula, witch ETC. No innovation!! Unless you intend to improvise!
I really aspire to dress up as a celebrity if I ever get a chance to attend a Halloween Party.
Rumor has it that the most-wanted costume for Halloween this year is Lady Gaga's meat dress! I can't imagine the level of discomfort as layers of meat hug your breasts and cover your VJJ and thighs and armpits. OH gross.
As such, I would love love love, to pretend and be a Shakira for a day.
