PICASA : Great Picture Editing And Fun

I am having helluva time with my personal "photobooth"! After all the photo-taking, I wanted to make a collage out of them ALL, but

1) Photobucket (which is usually very helpful) was being a bitch ass, and I wasn't able to UPLOAD ANY OF MY PICTURES although my account barely reached MAXIMUM UPLOAD.YOU SUCK.

2)Photoshop.com is just so stuck up MOST OF THE TIME because I (again!) can't upload not even 1 picture! FTW? Loserish online picture editors such at these should be exterminated virtually! HMMPF!

3)Tried Photovisi.com to create instant collage but hor, it is a speed booger. Hogs your PC's speed even when you only try to upload what? 30 small pictures.

And then I came across PICASA. It's even pre installed in my PC for whatever reasons I don't know it existed until an hour ago! And poof, my collage was ready in 5 minutes. It's just click choose click and voila! Appears before my tweedy eyes yo!

Go easy on this collage. It has over what? 60 thumbnails ho ho ho. Alright, just 49 thumbnails actually.

SO HIGH TECH. I don't need to manually crop, cut and paste my pictures. I love instants.

And the best part about PICASA is, it has fantastic (but can be quite basic) picture EDITING TOOL! And best of all the best part, it doesn't bog your PC down when you run them! Screw those online picture editors. This is great if you are looking for QUICK and EASY FIX for your pictures because trust me, even photoshop addicts like me find that PS-ing (photoshop-ing) can take 2-5 hours!!!!!

Check this out!

Soft focus. Makes me look so angelic right? So dreamy.

I don't know that I did to this, but I love the whitish/pinkish combo around the cheeks. OH LOVE! (And you can always spot me with this pose when I am in school. The i-am-thinking-alot-i-am-a-genius look).

Here, I contrast the colours and added tad of shadow and again used soft focus. It makes me look like I was a rip off from the Twilight/New Moon/Eclipse/Breaking Dawn movie, yes!?

I got sick of the soft angelic colours, makes me wanna have angel wings growing out of my back! So I want to have some oomph colours. Dark, bright, contrasting colours and to put it simply, I wanted awesome colours with darker tones.

Very successful 1st attempt! So proud of myself. The "shadow" hides my and highlights the lighter parts of my hair, making it exceedingly sharp and contrasting at the same time. LOVELY!

With soft focus, it looks even better, like taken from a DSLR camera (ok, maybe not. But it definitely looks better)

ROAR!

I like the blue of my shirt and the blue in the background. It looks as if the sky was the background. Although this is not my favourite among the lot. Too Pop Arty. Bleah.

I'm having so much fun with PICASA! You should try them out too, this will make your Facebook profile pictures a tad prettier! (and more professional!)
